I acknowledge that Shropshire Adventures requires all riders to wear a riding hat. If I choose not to wear a hat provided by Shropshire Adventures the reason is given below.

I prefer to use my own hat. I have read and understood the current safety standards in relation to riding hats and understand that wearing my own riding hat is at my own risk.

I will not be using a riding hat for medical or religious reasons and accept all the risks arising from this choice

I am choosing not to use the stirrups provided by Shropshire Adventures and would prefer to use my own stirrups.

I understand the stirrups provided by Shropshire Adventures are safety stirrups and I cannot guarantee the stirrups I am using have a safety element.

I am happy to accept the consequences of using my own.

All riders participating in Cross Country jumping MUST wear an up to standard body protector and skull cap riding hat.

I understand I will not be permitted to participate in a Cross Country session if my PPE is not up to current standards.
